My View: This is a remarkable toner for dry & normal skin type!
It is paraben free, fragrance free, and alcohol free!
And it don't consist any poor ingredients according to Paula's ingredients dictionary.
The only draw back is the comedogenic level for the 1st ingredient,
which might cause breakout to oily skin people.
The price is economic too! This is awesome!
