Product's Claims: A delightfully refreshing gel that harmonizes, soothes, tones and protects the skin assisting with its natural night-time restoration process. Natural oils moisturize and soften the skin and natural protein has restorative properties whilst hydrating the skin.
Paula's Review: Balancing skin isn't in this toner's bag of tricks, but its alcohol content (it's the second ingredient) and several fragrance chemicals will cause irritation and stimulate excess oil production, which is never the goal. Alcohol also causes free-radical damage and dries out skin, and nothing about that is balancing.
